Losing my love handles has been a surreal experience

Being able to wear my jeans at my actual waist level is a surreal experience. I've always had to wear any sort of pants over my hips in order to hide the lifelong muffin top. I go over the identity shift that had to take place in order to be where I am now and how I am continuing to develop it. #fitness #mindset #weightloss
