Federal Signal 2T22B | Full Alert | Bolton Township, Kansas | 4/8/25

At 11:59:49 the City of Arkansas City conducted a weekly test of their Outdoor Warning Sirens on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025, the test consisted of about a 3 minute Alert. I decided it was time to come back to this unit to catch a full 3 minute test of it and at a different angle. In case you don’t know/remember, this unit used to be in Arkansas City and was replaced by a 2905 in 2019. It sat in storage for a while until May of 2024 after a storm blew down and destroyed the Model 5 that used to be across the street. The city decided to put this 2T22 here to replace the Model 5. It’s loud, but for a 2T22 I’d expect it to be a bit louder than it was.
