Bogner Alchemist - Bizarre Switching Symptoms Fixed

I demonstrate the bizarre switching failures of a Bogner Alchemist 2x12. Although this amp has some Bogner DNA and is built pretty well, the switching circuit design is terrible. Why would anyone think to derive the low voltage for switching relays from the AC Heater Voltage supply?
