Join me for a chill drive from Masterton over the Remutaka Hill, down into the Hutt Valley, up and over Haywards Hill, onto Transmission Gully, through Porirua and along the motorway into Wellington city. Cruising through the Wairarapa plains, the winding climb over the Remutaka Range, the new motorway run down the coast and the harbour views on the way in. Also some minor excitement when going over the Haywards, I thought I was being pulled over at the Police stop, but they wanted the driver behind me...*phew*!
