6 Questions That Expose Our Hearts | Pr Mathew Thomas

Paul does not open Galatians 3 with an argument. He opens it with a question, and then five more. Six questions in five verses, and every one of them is still asking something of us. In this message we walk through Galatians 3:1-5 and let each question do its work: how we received the Spirit, how we are being changed, and whether we have quietly swapped grace for effort without noticing. The six questions: 1. Who has bewitched you? (v1) 2. Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law, or by hearing with faith? (v2) 3. Are you so foolish? (v3) 4. Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh? (v3) 5. Did you suffer so many things in vain? (v4) 6. Does God supply the Spirit by works of the law, or by hearing with faith?
