Kimberly Petschen spent 35 years succeeding inside systems that were never designed with women like her in mind, while also navigating grief, ancestral reckoning, and the cost of giving more than those systems ever restored. Then she walked away to build what the enterprise world never thought to design.
She is a credentialed executive and life coach, the founder of Solagility™, and the author of Letters to Leaders, a forthcoming book about the wounds that shape how we lead and the ancient wisdom available to heal them. She believes the future we were meant to build together begins with the healing work most leaders have never been given permission to do.
For the last two and a half years, Kimberly has been living and working full-time from her RV alongside her Bengal cat Benji, the ultimate proof of concept for everything she teaches: that rigorous systems and ancestral wisdom can occupy the same life, and together, create the future we were always meant to have.
A podcast that celebrates women in all walks of life and careers and the people in their lives who are lifting them up. You will hear from women AND men about what they are passionate about, what motivates them, how they spend their day-to-day lives, and how and why they lift women up. This is a space to be disruptive, forward-thinking, and change agents for humankind. It is uncensored, fun, and curiosity-driven.
