Pope Francis in Israel - The 2nd day of the visit

Pope Francis visited (26.5.14) the terror victims memorial at Mt. Herzl, where the Pope stated: "Terror is an absolute evil. It comes from evil and causes evil. Never again. Never again." The Pope then continued to Yad Vashem, center for Holocaust research, documentation, education and commemoration The visit to Yad Vashem was followed by a a reception at the Presidential Residence & a meeting with President Peres. Pope Francis then went on to meet the chief Rabbis of Israel at the Heichal Shlomo in Jerusalem. Later that afternoon, Pope Francis met with Prime Minister Netanyahu at the Notre Dame center in Jerusalem. The final part of the Pope's visit was dedicated to a Holy Mass which was held in the Room of the last Supper.
