MinkyBee hikes from Elk Lake and the Battle Ax Creek Trailhead up Bagby trail to Silver King Lake. However, they found that the last 3 miles were extremely slow going due to unmaintained trail post wildfire and ended up hiking for an hour and setting up in the dark!
