Almirante Oquendo Is Finally Back - With the New Spanish Commander | World of Warships

Almirante Oquendo is one of those ships that seems to have been almost completely forgotten. This Spanish Dockyard cruiser rarely appears in battles these days, so I decided to bring her back and see how she performs with the new unique Spanish Commander, Admiral Pascual Cervera y Topete. And the difference is noticeable. Cervera brings enhanced skills for Spanish cruisers, including improved AP damage, higher HE fire-starting chance and faster torpedoes. His unique talents, Resuelto and La Orden se Cumplirá, can further improve reload times, consumable cooldowns and survivability during a battle. Combined with Almirante Oquendo's twelve 203 mm guns, alternative firing mode, 36-knot speed, torpedoes and Repair Party, the result is a cruiser that can still make some serious plays when positioned correctly.
