Pokemon LeafGreen - Randomized Nuzlocke - Power Plant!

Hello there, guys! In todays episode we're entering the power plant of cerulean town! Inside of here we may catch a new Pokémon and with a little bit of luck, we might be able to find a nice TM or two! (It's all randomized). It's gonna be tough, pokémon are at a rather high level inside of here so we'll have to be careful!
