Spreading INFINITE DISEASES with HUGS - Total War Warhammer 3

As a new Triple A game that just launched, Total War Warhammer 3 has some very breakable mechanics that don't exactly work as intended. Namely, the faction of PAPA NURGLE and the fun loving plague hug-lords have some broken interactions with plagues and spreading disease.
