Three pomodoros — 25 minutes of work, 5 minutes of break, three times
over. Ninety minutes in total.
Ninety minutes is roughly one full cycle of attention. Two hours is a
lot to commit to; thirty minutes is over before you've settled. This
sits in between, and it's the length most people can actually finish.
The pad is new: a late autumn dusk. Darker and drier than the autumn
sessions on this channel, with the top end pulled back and almost no
air in the mix. It sits low and stays out of the way.
Underneath runs a 25Hz beta binaural beat. Beta is the awake, working
range — 25Hz sits at the top of it, just below gamma. Sharper than
the 14Hz sessions here, less insistent than 32 or 40.
The music changes when the timer does. Breaks switch to something
warmer and quieter, and a soft chime marks every transition. You'll
hear the change before you look at the screen.
No talking. No countdown beeps. Nothing that jolts you.
🎧 Headphones recommended for the binaural beat (170Hz left, 195Hz
right). The timer and chimes work on any speakers.
