Our Adventure Begins in Hyrule! | The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time | PART 1

Welcome to Part 1 of our The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time playthrough! Today we begin one of the most iconic adventures in video game history as Link, the Hero of Time, leaves Kokiri Forest and begins his quest to save Princess Zelda and the Kingdom of Hyrule from the evil Ganondorf. ➡️ Watch the full The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time playlist here:    • The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time | Ful...   Our adventure begins in Kokiri Forest, where Link meets his fairy companion Navi and learns that the Great Deku Tree has summoned him. Before we can begin our journey, we search the forest for the Kokiri Sword and gather enough Rupees to purchase a Deku Shield. With our sword and shield equipped, we are finally ready to meet the Great Deku Tree and learn more about our destiny. Unfortunately, the Great Deku Tree has been afflicted by a dark curse placed upon him by Ganondorf. We enter the Great Deku Tree dungeon to break the curse and encounter our first major dungeon of Ocarina of Time. Along the way we obtain the Fairy Slingshot, our first ranged weapon, before facing the Parasitic Armored Arachnid, Queen Gohma! After defeating Queen Gohma, we receive our first Heart Container and obtain the Kokiri's Emerald, the Spiritual Stone of Forest. With one of the three Spiritual Stones in our possession, we learn that our next objective is to find the remaining two stones and help save Hyrule. Before heading to Death Mountain, we make a stop at Hyrule Castle where Link has his first meeting with Princess Zelda. We also learn Zelda's Lullaby from Impa, Zelda's caretaker and a member of the Sheikah. From there, we travel through Kakariko Village and make our way toward Death Mountain and Goron City. Our next destination is Dodongo's Cavern, the second dungeon of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Inside the cavern, we obtain the Bomb Bag, giving Link access to bombs and one of the most useful tools in the game. After making our way through the dungeon, we face King Dodongo, the Infernal Dinosaur, and use our newly acquired bombs to defeat the second boss. With King Dodongo defeated, Darunia rewards us with the Goron's Ruby, the Spiritual Stone of Fire. We now have two of the three Spiritual Stones and are one step closer to unlocking the Temple of Time and beginning the next major chapter of Link's journey. This is a casual playthrough of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time rather than a 100% completion run. However, throughout the series we will still collect the vast majority of the game's important items, upgrades, equipment, Heart Containers, dungeon items, and other collectibles. Because of that, these videos can also serve as a casual Ocarina of Time walkthrough and guide for anyone playing along with us. Next time in Part 2, we will search for the third and final Spiritual Stone before bringing all three Spiritual Stones to the Temple of Time and continuing Link's journey as the Hero of Time!
