This vídeo, is a basic training class with a mix of different videos where you can learn some techniques from JDF and ASJ, with a little contribution of steve cardenas. This class was made specially for the people that wanted to subscribe on TRAINMEJDF but they didn't had the money like me. Sadly nobody have uploaded one video from trainmejdf here, so I promise to make more classes like this with more techniques. I live on a place where there is no martial arts studio or dojo, so I train with videos. unfortunately trainmejdf wasn't free, wich it is comprensible, so there is no hard feeling. If you are in trainmejdf, lucky you, enjoy it. This is gonna be a short "course" to have fun, train, burn fat and learn too.
