A major political controversy has emerged in Andhra Pradesh over the alleged liquor scam during the previous YSRCP government. Former AP Beverages Corporation OSD Satyaprasad has reportedly made a detailed statement before the Vijayawada ACB Court, alleging that the former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was the ultimate beneficiary of the alleged liquor scam. According to the statement, the alleged liquor policy was discussed and finalized during a meeting at Jagan’s residence in Tadepalli. Satyaprasad reportedly alleged that around ₹3,200 crore in illegal commissions were collected through various individuals and channels. He also alleged that liquor companies were required to pay commissions to receive orders, while companies that did not cooperate were allegedly denied orders. The statement further claims that the earlier automatic order system was replaced with a manual process, while software systems were allegedly discontinued and orders were communicated through emails. Satyaprasad reportedly stated that commissions of around ₹50–60 crore per month may have been collected from distilleries. He also alleged that at least ₹300 was collected on every liquor case and that the money was allegedly distributed among several individuals before ultimately reaching the top leadership. The statement also reportedly mentions changes in liquor pricing, the introduction of several new brands and the alleged preferential treatment given to brands that paid higher commissions. Satyaprasad has sought to become an approver in the case. The Vijayawada ACB Court recorded his statement for nearly five hours in the presence of lawyers and SIT officials and adjourned further proceedings to October 21. These are allegations made as part of the ongoing investigation and court proceedings. The claims and the role of the accused remain subject to legal scrutiny and the final outcome of the case. #APLiquorScam #LiquorScam #YSJagan #YSRCP #Satyaprasad #ACBCourt #APACB #LiquorScamCase #APPolitics #thinkandhra For More Updates Follow Us On : Facebook :   / thinkandhraofficial   Twitter : https://x.com/think_andhra Instagram :   / thinkandhra   WhatsApp : https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vazn...
