3 AFFs and a Coached Jump w/Slider Stuck Malfunction

AFF-I Casey Mongoven jumps with students at Skydive Santa Barbara on June 2, 2022. On the last jump, he experiences a slider stuck (half-way down) malfunction and decides it is OK to land it after a good canopy control check. The malfunction was caused by one of the strings used to collapse the slider coming completely out of a channel that broke. There was a small knot on that string that got caught on one of the line cascades on the right side. This can be seen at the very end of the video as the canopy falls down.
