The plaintiff says the defendant took advantage of him by unloading a junky car on him, and he’s refusing to take the vehicle back and issue a refund. The plaintiff is suing him for the cost of the car, insurance, and stress. The defendant claims he sent a tow truck 50 miles to the defendant’s home, but he wouldn’t give them the car to repair. He says the plaintiff stopped payment and the truck was repossessed. Case 29-135
