Doctor Who Series Nine Tier List

I tier listed every story in Doctor Who's ninth series! (NewWho) I'll be doing a series of Tier Lists for every season of the show, from 1963 all the way to now. Artwork credit: I used a mix of images for my tier list, from The Complete History of Doctor Who, The Anxious Geek, and other edits found on Pinterest with no creator name to credit.
