Gluing up the foam sandwich floor of my punt boat

This shows how quick it is to glue up the scored, rigid PS foam insulation floor. The top and bottom are 1/4" 5mm plywood. I use TB3 glue because it is easy to work with. Expanding glues would create uneven thickness. TB3 will get lighter as it dries. The boat lost almost 3 lbs of weight in 3 days of drying as the water in the glue evaporated.
