Magic Moment – Kiowa Love Flute (Low D Prototype) This improvisation features a very special instrument: the first Kiowa Love Flute ever made in the key of low D, crafted by Erik the Flutemaker. At that time, Leonardo was still working with Erik, and after contacting both of them with the idea of creating a deeper Kiowa, they agreed to build one. The flute in this video is the prototype of that new design. This recording was made live in a tunnel, inspired by the natural acoustics and the atmospheric playing style of Allen Bruce Ray. The deep, warm voice of the low‑D Kiowa created a truly magical moment. Enjoy this improvisation.
