If you're fine killing rune Dragons consider doing Brutal Black Dragons instead. They are quicker to kill and deal less damage keeping supplies down. It uses the same equipment: Justiciar Armour, Fang & Dragonfire Shield etc. Wiki seems a bit short-sighted because they assume people ONLY want to afk safespot and that just seems dumb to me. They are strictly weaker rune dragons, easier to kill and you take less damage. The average loot drops are only 5k apart and you can kill many more BBDs an hour then Rune Dragons. This is also a great way to grab DEF XP without it feeling bad as we like being tanky here.
Gear (Budget of 55m)
Justiciar Armour Set (30m)
Fang (17m)
Amulet of Fury (1.7m)
Dragonfire Sheild (3.5m)
Ring of the Gods(i) (1m. If you're taking to much damage get a Steel Ring and upgrade Prayer pots to 4 dose instead)
Guardian Boots (Instead of the Insulation Boots we're forced to use at Rune Dragons)
Barrows Gloves
Rune arrows (we dont need the extra +1 prayer bonus so we can put in the rune arrows as they are the most common, I figured this out later)
Inventory
2x 3 dose Prayer Potions
1x 1 dose Super Combat (divines only if you can kill 7 dragons in 6 minutes, for most that wont be possible. Instead just use preserve, it's basically free)
1x 1 dose Extended Antifire Potion (Super cheap, protect from mage and Dragonfire Shield make you immune)
10 Karambwams (again very cheap, nothing more needed)
Rune Pouch (to hold the 3-4 rune types dropped)
House teles (if you have a portal to kourend in your're house along with a replenishment pool, otherwise Xerics talisman is a-ok. Pool has the added benefit of replenishing your spec)
Requirements
77 Slayer vs Dragon Slayer 2... 77 is way easier to get.
