evening meditation | Ambient Viola and Guitar

Welcome to this calm soundjourney, for you to relax, dream, move and float. The last days were so full of festivals, friends, concerts... summer in its best hues :) To feel grounded and to keep my peace inside this times is something, I tend to struggle with a bit. So I took a day off and drove to this lake near Leipzig, to have a little me time. I arrived in the afternoon and after setting everything up, the sun already went down. Playing my music at sunset or sunrise is always the most magical I feel. When the session was done, i felt that my inside shifted from feeling stressed and exhausted to calm and quiet. Just like arriving at home after a full festival. So here is my warm invitation to you, to take a moment to ground and breath with this sound meditation, to come home to yourself again.
