Every year for Trinidad & Tobago Restaurant Week, the flavors of France are remarkably represented by one of my favorite restaurants, ZaZou Kitchen. TTRW2026 was no different. Chef Pierre Le Bihan created a menu of classics, designed to give Trinbagonians access to authentic French cuisine, no visa or passport required. As a fan of ZaZou for well over a decade, I've experienced many TTRW menus, but this time I went equipped with a LinX Continuous Glucose Monitor, to see exactly how French food affects my blood glucose levels.
