Case Study: Agile in Non-IT Environments

In this talk, Mike Cottmeyer discusses some of the unique challenges of applying Agile to non-IT parts of the business in the context of two different case studies. The first shows how a hotel chain used Agile to manage the work of rebranding, and the second shows how a fast-food chain applied Agile to its process of developing new menu items.
