Photographing Chattanooga Lookouts New Baseball Stadium | Erlanger Park in The Foundries District Subscribe:    / @danreynoldsphotography210   ABOUT THIS ADVENTURE In February 2026, I was commissioned to photograph the new Chattanooga Lookouts stadium after its April 14 opening. I asked my client if I could document the baseball stadium’s progress over the final 2 months.., capturing the old foundry of the late 1800's before renovation and the new stadium through to opening day. They agreed. Over the next two months I visited the site 13 times, photographing as many artistic moments as I could find, filming old buildings and documenting a fading industry. I captured drone views, timelapses, and workers building the Foundries District Stadium in challenging conditions. Finally, it was opening day: “If you build it, they come,” and on opening night they did. Play ball—Chattanooga Lookouts AA in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The resulting photos are shown along with the final architectural images from my original assignment.
