Kanda River Walk (Part 3) 2026 Fall: Beneath Tokyo’s Expressway to a Riverside Escape [4K with MAP]

🏙️ Beneath Tokyo’s expressway, the Kanda River reveals a very different side of the city. 🌿 Walk from Korakubashi to Ohtakibashi as the dense urban landscape gradually gives way to the greenery of Edogawa Park. 👇 Follow the Kanda River through central Tokyo in 4K with pure ambient sound. Part 3 of my Kanda River Walk follows the river as closely as possible from Korakubashi Bridge to Ohtakibashi Bridge. Much of this section runs beneath or alongside the Metropolitan Expressway, surrounded by busy roads and the constant sounds of the city. What I found most interesting was how gradually the atmosphere changes around Edogawabashi—from the hard urban landscape beneath the expressway to the greener riverside paths of Edogawa Park.
