What happens when you take something that's SUPER cold and add a little science? Things get FOGGY! 🤯🧪 In Episode 5 of Wait… What?!, our young scientists explore the fascinating world of DRY ICE! But wait… WHAT exactly is dry ice? 🤔 Unlike regular ice, dry ice isn't made of frozen water. It's actually solid carbon dioxide (CO₂), and it's incredibly cold — about -109°F (-78°C)! 🥶 And here's where things get REALLY cool! Dry ice doesn't melt into a puddle. Instead, it transforms directly from a solid into a gas through a process called sublimation! Join us for some chilly discoveries, amazing fog effects, plenty of laughs, and a whole lot of SCIENCE! 🔬✨ ⚠️ SAFETY FIRST: Dry ice is extremely cold and can cause serious frostbite. Never touch it with bare hands or put it in your mouth. All dry ice experiments should be performed with proper safety equipment and adult supervision in a well-ventilated area. 🚀 Love science?
