Drake and Canada's Black cultural renaissance | Renaissance

On Episode 4 of "Renaissance", publicist and author Dalton Higgins and education administration Trevor Massey discuss the Black experience in Canada and whether Canada is in the middle of a Black renaissance when it comes to culture and academia. Inspired by the 100th anniversary of the Harlem Renaissance, "Renaissance" is a four-part digital series co-produced by SHIFTER and the Glendon Campus of York University where a Black educator/academic and a Black cultural professional are paired together to talk about the Black experience in Canada. The only catch is they have no idea who they're about to meet.
