Day 3 - UNDERSTAND | When Function Outpaces Formation | Your Daily Plumbline | Module 5

Welcome to Day 3 - UNDERSTAND of Your Daily Plumbline for Module 5: Formation Before Function - Becoming Before Doing. Today, we move into the Core Teaching and confront an important question: Can our function begin to outpace our formation? Gifting can open doors, responsibility can increase, and outward effectiveness can grow while God is still doing important work within us. Today's heart question is: “Lord, where has my function begun to outpace my formation?” And then: “What are You trying to form in me before I carry greater weight?” God is not only concerned with the gift. He is forming the person who carries it. Formation before function. Roots before reach. Becoming before doing. Christ formed in us. Your Daily Plumbline is available to read or listen to.
