It even contained asbestos and lacked electricity or a heating system. The property was once considered a gloomy, eerie place, sparking mysterious rumors among locals about the old villa's past. The initial challenges did not deter her. She completely reconfigured the house's layout to maximize natural light: moving the bedroom to the ground floor, relocating the kitchen and living area to the upper floor, and installing skylights to create an open, cozy atmosphere.
