Ohio To Erie Trail 326: An Epic Ride Over the July 4th Weekend
What a ride! Over the July 4th weekend, a group of adventurous cyclists took on the Ohio To Erie Trail, starting in Cincinnati and making their way northbound to Cleveland. This 326-mile trek was full of excitement, challenges, and unforgettable moments.
Mother Nature mostly played nice, gracing us with great weather aside from a few rain showers on the first and second days. We powered through, averaging over 80 miles a day for four days straight. Our nightly stops in South Charleston, Mount Vernon, and Massillon were a blessing—no tents needed, which meant we got some real rest and could fully enjoy each day's ride.
The trip was smooth sailing, with no major mechanical issues to derail us. The trails themselves were the stars of the show: well-maintained, scenic, and a joy to ride. A huge shout-out to those who keep these paths in tip-top shape for all us cycling enthusiasts.
The Ohio To Erie Trail 326 ride was a blast, and we're already buzzing about doing it again. Special thanks to Jeffrey, Jonathan, Jeff, and Clint for making this bike tour so memorable. Ride on
