SPITI VALLEY ROAD TRIP | DAY 6 – THE RETURN JOURNEY BEGINS! 🏔️🚙 After days of exploring the breathtaking landscapes, ancient monasteries, remote villages, and high-altitude roads of Spiti Valley, it's finally time to begin our return journey from Kaza to Delhi. But before reaching home, we still have one of the most challenging and adventurous drives of the entire trip ahead of us! Our Day 6 begins with a drive from Kaza towards the legendary Kunzum Pass, situated at approximately 14,931 feet above sea level. Surrounded by magnificent Himalayan peaks, this iconic mountain pass marks a memorable point on our journey out of Spiti Valley. 🏔️ After crossing Kunzum Pass, we reach Batal, where we take a much-needed break at the legendary Chacha–Chachi Dhaba. Known as a familiar stop for travellers navigating this remote mountain route, it's the perfect place to recharge before tackling the road ahead. ☕🍽️ And then comes the real challenge! We continue towards Manali via the infamous Batal–Gramphu road — a rugged, rough, and demanding stretch filled with challenging terrain and off-road sections. The journey tests our patience, driving skills, and endurance as we navigate some of the toughest conditions of our entire Spiti road trip. 🚙💨 After an exhausting and unforgettable drive, we finally reach MANALI! ❤️ Reaching Manali marks a huge milestone for us as we complete the Spiti circuit and bring this incredible leg of our Himalayan road trip to an end. From high mountain passes and roadside dhabas to one final battle with the rugged Himalayan roads, Day 6 is all about the thrill, challenges, and satisfaction of completing an epic road trip.
