India vs Germany healthcare — which one is actually better? After living and working in Germany and experiencing healthcare in both India and Germany, I wanted to share what feels different to me. This is not a medical expert's comparison and I'm not saying that one healthcare system is perfect while the other is bad. These are my personal experiences and observations. In this video, I talk about: • How easy it is to get a GP appointment • Why specialist appointments in Germany can take time • Emergency medical care in India vs Germany • My experience with urgent medical care in Germany • Why I noticed a difference in the way medicines are prescribed • Antibiotics and the more cautious approach I experienced in Germany • Why sometimes German doctors tell you to rest and let the body recover • Healthcare and health insurance in Germany • Why healthcare in Germany isn't actually "free" • The financial protection provided by German health insurance • My observations about private healthcare and insurance in India • What I would personally choose for emergency care • What I prefer for regular healthcare One of the biggest differences I experienced is that India can feel much faster and more accessible when you need a doctor urgently, while Germany can require more patience, especially for specialists, weekends and holidays. At the same time, I personally feel more comfortable with the German approach to regular healthcare, medication and the financial protection provided by the insurance system. So which system would I choose? For me, it depends on the situation. I'd choose India for emergency accessibility. For regular healthcare and financial protection, I personally prefer Germany. But that's my experience. Your experience may be completely different. If you live in India or Germany, what has your healthcare experience been like? Let me know in the comments. #IndiaVsGermany #Healthcare #GermanyHealthcare #IndiaHealthcare #HealthcareInGermany #LifeInGermany #WorkingInGermany #Germany #India #HealthInsurance
