The UGLY TRUTH about Movie Distribution -- Film Historian plays HOLLYWOOD ANIMAL 11

The Professor Hat comes back on in part 11, talking about film distribution in the 1930s. Would you believe it was even WORSE than what this game depicts? The management sim Hollywood Animal (Weappy, 2025), lets you roleplay as the head of a Hollywood studio. It's been done before, but not with this attention to period detail and historical research. A film historian (yes, with a degree!) will play through this and comment as we go. My goal is to have fun, and to try and inform as much as I can. Whether you've played the game already or not, we can see how it represents the industry and what it means to be a "Hollywood success" in its early decades.
