Grand Theft Auto 3: Sega Dreamcast FPS Testing

Going for a joy ride through what was probably the shittiest running area of the entire game based on John Linneman and Digital Foundry's FPS analysis. Gainz were in the realm of 10FPS+ compared to the beta release which they previewed, the last time I worked on it. This is also with the taxing dynamic light emitters and SFX playing from the police sirens, which are also perf demanding. Need to pick it back up with modern KOS and a mature SH4ZAM and see how far we can push her...
