Revolutions and Rotations – MDLR Monday livestream excerpt

Performed live on Twitch, overnight April 6-7, 2026. The last few weeks I've been doing weekly midnight livestreams focusing on patching and improvising on my semi-modular Moog synths. I'm playing live keyboards too, but lately I but have been trying to keep that aspect minimal, and I have been enjoying the challenge of working within limitations of the patch rather than try to change up too much at once. I'm still evolving the patch as I go, but trying to keep things at a more gradual pace, and make the live playing more impactful than overcomplicated. I like to change up my sound a lot, but lately there's some space somewhere in between minimal techno, dub, industrial, funk and trip-hop that I've been very intrigued by. I'm affiliated with a collective of electronic musicians known as the Golden Shrimp Guild, which organizes a number of online events, including MDLR Monday, a weekly event focusing on performers of modular and semi-modular synthesizers. Find more info at https://gsg.live/MDLR/ No DAWs, presets, samples, or loops are used in this performance. If you're interested in seeing me stream live, please give me a follow at   / malicecoltrane   The instruments I am playing here are: Moog Mother-32, Moog DFAM, Moog Grandmother, Roland TR08, Nord Lead4, Nord Electro2. Much more gear and visuals to be implemented soon. Each performance is different. Thanks for checking it out.
