In this video I share an easy way to get the most out of your cheap dental picks for wax carving. You can pick up cheap sets of dental picks/wax carvers on Amazon but they are rarely ready to use straight out of the box. Wax is a tough material and needs a sharp blade. In order to get any use out of them I taught myself to sharpen them. I use manual polishing because it's way cheaper than buying diamond wheels, but that's also an option if you choose.
