Cocky 19 Year Old TAUNTS Cops - MASSIVE Mistake

A police officer walks up to a black Honda Civic in a parking lot with no plates on it and a piece of paper taped over the VIN, which is the one combination that makes a parked car worth a second look. The young man standing beside it refuses to say whether the car is his, and asks the officer why he would ever claim it. What follows is twenty minutes of arguing about who touched who first, demanding a supervisor, putting a shoe on his own wheels, and doing absolutely everything except answering one question. Then somebody bumps the car and he gives up ownership in four words without even noticing.
