Riccar 8500 Tensioner

Cleaning and assembling the tensioner on this Riccar 8500. The Riccar 8400 has the same tensioner and this tensioner is a simple plastic nut style tensioner used by many Japanese manufacturers. There are a few minor differences from Necchi and Nelco tensioners with similar dials and plastic nuts.
