I tested a viral $40 smart ring!! (temperature, activity, ovulation, and more)

In my quest to inspire myself to be more active, I bought the viral Colmi smart ring (specifically the Colmi R09). This is my genuine honest review and I also compare it to the tracking with the Apple watch. I had high hopes that maybe this ring could be a cheaper alternative for Oura or Ultrahuman smart rings!
