The entire album is dark and heavy and somewhat of a concept album. This song starts out on the softer side, but it builds and its a great song. Myles Kennedy has said that this song is about longing for the past and coming to terms with the fact that time will go on (and you reacted to the song "Life Must Go On" from this album too, along with my favorite song "Fallout" and a few others, inlcuding some of those amazing bonus tracks).
