In this talk, lifelong stutterer Joze Piranian asks "Does our current approach to DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) cause more guilt than growth?". Presenting his "Inclusion Pool Paradox" idea on the TEDx stage for the first time, Joze proposes a nuanced approach that prevents our inclusionary practices at work, schools and in society from unintentionally becoming exclusionary ones. This talk was filmed and edited by TVM, Student Television at McGill.
