Campervan Adventures Scotland 2026 Episode 5

This is the fifth episode of our Campervan Adventures in Scotland 2026 series in which we travel around in our campervan Billy. We start this epsiode in the Cairngorms National Park, where we leave the Linn of Dee and dive the old military road through the Lecht ski area and down to visit the old Lecht mine where we go for a short hike. We take a short walk up to the Burn'O'Vat in the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve. We visit Corgarff castle a white tower surrounded by star shaped walls. We then have a gravel ride into the GlenAvon estate riding some great tracks through spectacular scenary passed a helicopter doing short fights carrying logs up into the hills. We play golf at Stonehaven golf club on a beautiful sunny day. The course is set on the cliffs overlooking the North Sea.
