Today I'm paying off some of the project debt (incurred on my behalf by my wife) and knocking out a charcuterie board promised to my sister in law. To personalize the board with a bold splash of color, I'm electing to add an epoxy inlay to the board. And because I'm a below-average woodworker with an under-equipped shop, I'm using a commercially available board as a starting point. This video covers the process of taking that off-the-shelf stock and improving/customizing it into something my sister-in-law will appreciate for years to come.
