Lake Livingston Alligator Gar Fishing (Insane Acrobatics & I make a mistake that lands me in Water!)

What started as a search for white bass quickly turned into an unforgettable day on the water! The white bass were nowhere to be found, but the hybrid striped bass were non-stop action. Once we caught as many hybrids as our arms could take, we switched gears to target gar—and that’s when the real madness began. After a few missed hooksets early on, my son finally hooked and landed his very first gar! Shortly after, I hooked into a solid fish that ended with me taking an unexpected swim... but it captured a camera shot I’ll probably never get again. Just when we thought the day couldn't get any wilder, my brother (Mr. Crossed Anchors) hooked into the true fish of a lifetime. You’ll have to watch to the end to see how that battle went down!
