Ford Super Duty Years to AVOID (F-250 & F-350)

I pulled every federal NHTSA complaint and recall on the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty from 1999 to 2026. Here are the six Super Duty years I'd avoid, the diesels I'd run from, which engine I'd actually buy, the best year, and a pre-purchase checklist. One year has more than 1,700 owner complaints. Almost 4,000 complaints describe the "death wobble." And one diesel was so bad that Ford and the company that built it ended up in court.
