‪@avamax‬’s Halloween Party in DJ Mode

To celebrate Halloween 2023, Ava Max paired with Amazon Music to curate a Halloween “DJ Mix”, while also sharing tidbits about her career. The songs were those that related to Halloween as well as some songs from her own discography. The playlist was only available the month of October and was removed on November 1st, 2023. Let's remember the missed facts : • Her song, Take You to Hell was inspired by Halloween, dating and trying to tell a guy in a nice way that if you don’t treat her right, she will take you to hell. • Ava dressed up as Harley Quinn for Halloween the previous year. She stated that she loved it because she felt like a part of her felt like Harley. A little but crazy and kinda easy to just decide to be her. It felt natural for her to be there. She recalls it did take awhile for her to finish the costume as the makeup, outfit and the tattoos were a lot. • Max describes her Last Night On Earth as wanting to be with a special person and just stay there under the stars. Or party, it’s whatever you want to do but you just need to be with them. • She stayed in a house in Malibu which was haunted and it was crazy. Even when they tried to fix it, when she was alone, [the ghosts] would go crazy. Even with people over, they would ask what was going on because it was so bizarre • She describes Weapons as having an incredible message. It’s about knowing how words carries weight and knowing we are all guilty of this. We sometimes speak before we think and it can be hurtful and she made the sing as a reminder to use your words carefully, because sometimes it can hurt more than a punch and it lasts forever. It can be damaging. Words can be like weapons. #avamax #amazonmusic #halloween #interview
