I Bought a Trackball Controller... It Never Worked

I found this weird trackball game controller on AliExpress and, because the listing barely explained anything about it, I decided to give it a shot. The listing said it was supposed to work with reWASD, but once I actually got it, things went downhill pretty quickly. reWASD couldn't even recognize some of the buttons, and I never managed to get the controller working properly. And then there's the build quality.
