This is OUR DEAD GUEST — my submission for the Higgsfield Global Film Festival, made entirely with AI, by one person and my first Ai work If I'm honest, the hard part was never the effects — it was the acting. And the hardest performance in the whole film belongs to the one character who never moves: a dead man. I spent days learning that when a shot fought me, I wasn't a bad director I was a bad prompter. The corpse doesn't blink, doesn't slump, doesn't cooperate; everything that makes him "act" had to be planned, built, and puppeted frame by frame. Because that's what this is now. Not "generating AI videos."
