Kubota BX25, Checking front Axle oil level.

After many false starts, I was encouraged to check and change my front axle oil. I bought the BX25 used in 2012 with 200 hours on it and just surpassed 3,000 hours. I have tried to pull the axle plug, and in this video, you can see the challenge, and the condition of the oil.
